Yes you absolutely can, we can accommodate any reservation changes within 24-48 hrs. If it is beyond that time frame someone from our team can give you a call and assist with making additional changes.
For Anyone over the age of 25 yes your reservation can be transferred to someone else as long as we receive Valid Identification of the person the reservation is being transferred to. If you are a Corporate Booking Guest making accommodations for business travel please make the reservation under your company name and add the team or member of Staff in the notes section for our records.
We take all major credit cards, AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, and we also accept Paypal, Wise and Ethereum or USDC Stable Coins.
You can email or call one of our team members directly once your reservation is confirmed.
Once a booking is confirmed you have 24 hrs to cancel without any additional fees or penalties. If the window goes beyond 24 hrs, there will be a 25% Cancellation fee applied. For bookings made the same day a 10% fee will apply.
For any bookings made weeks or months in advance and you excess the 24 hrs and still need to cancel please contact one of our team members to discuss the cancellation options.
For Google Vacation or Booking.com reservations please contact someone from our team over the phone for cancellations.
Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment within our cancellation policy.
